Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding global public-holiday closures of shipping carriers).

⏳ Daily Cut-Off for Same-Day Processing

Orders confirmed and paid before the local cut-off time below enter the next available shipping batch the same working day.
Orders placed after your region’s cut-off are processed the next working day.

Weekend orders are always processed on the next working day.

🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (Free): usually delivered within 7-10 working days after dispatch.

• Express Shipping (€35): usually delivered within 2-4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, peak-season volume, or unforeseen carrier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey until it reaches you.

💼 Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by your country’s customs office.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

🏠 Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or that are refused at delivery, may incur reshipping or return-to-sender costs.
